Thumbnail On Stand
These two thumbnails are the two images I used t created the final product. I used one other image from the web which was a sunburst picture to give more light from the window. I think is one of the best edits I have for this project. It gives good lighting and the colors are great. It executes the expectations from the levitation requirements. It is almost a ghostly looking levitation shot.
Trying to take pictures and get a ghost shot was one of the most frustrating thing from my day. It took a lot of time for me to understand what I needed to do and how to get it. I had a lot of help with my camera settings. I am surprised with the final image I got. It did not have to do a lot of editing in Photoshop. The image itself was a great example of a ghost image.
Conceptual- Dimmable Lights
This was a fun idea from a mom and daughter. It was hard to work with the daughter model because she was laughing and smiling but it turned out good. Through trying to get her to not smiling, I just kept taking a lot of pictures in hopes that one of them would be okay and she would be catch in the moment not smiling. It worked out. Taking a lot of shots and having memory card with a lot of memory on it is important so that the “one shot” is captured perfectly.
Commercial- Beauty Dish
Working with these models was fun. I was running by to make it to the next station. It was a miracle that I was able to get this lighting and the coloring. I did some minor editing in Photoshop but the image itself was pretty good. I learned a lot with using the Beauty Dish and how effective it can be while shooting outside.
The goal in this picture was to capture the texture of the house. It shows little holes from nails and the coloring of the tree. I like this shot because it was a super close up and the coloring was great because of the natural lighting. I think with the sun behind the cloud it was perfect shot.
